That screenshot you don't want to post is the proof you're right, that screenshot is what could make games journalists, influencers, Youtubers, etc write about your case. The fact that you don't want to provide proof is highly suspect.

In all cases I needed CSR help a phone call or live text chat works wonders for solving internet issues or a refund.

I’ve never had to do a social media question or resolution. Doesn’t even make sense why doing it on Twitter would be better than direct.

OP you need to email a director at Playstation I done this when my account got hacked via the livechat, they couldn't have been more helpful, basically the executive escalation team will get involved and then you don't have to keep talking to people reading off a script, they will look at the sort of money you spend and decide it's better to resolve your issue.

Instant gaming is still a grey market site. The good news is that account suspensions for this are rare. The bad news is that the more you buy from these sites the bigger is the risk.

Also, never buy from eneba. They may seem legit, but it is still the grey market. I bought 10 Euro card from them and I'm scared shitless for my PSN account. I was foolish enough to believe them as they had offficial commercials in my country. I hope I won't get banned as it's been 10 months already.

I forgot about GOG. I have also shit ton of free games from egs and Amazon prime (actual free games, I will still have access to them even without prime).

I have PSN account since 2009, I bought many games on it over the years but overall I didn't used much money. Only two games I bought at full price are elden ring (plus dlc) and far cry 6 (I'm stupid...). I would be sad if they banned me but not that much. But some of those rare platinums...

I mean I didn't get banned for making and posting screenshots, when my PS4 version of CP2077 glitched and removed V's underwear - neither from Sony for taking nor GAF for posting these.

Because they don’t ban people for taking screenshots, only for sharing them. And you can’t share screenshots publicly on PSN anymore. When the Twitter integration existed and you shared something to Twitter, it’d show up on your public profile. Now only videos shared to YouTube show up.
