My imgur account got flagged 3 times by that pic. All my imgur posts are private and that pic i marked it as "mature" so the AI bots found something in that pic that is not really there. No bans though.
Never had anything flagged in my PSN and im a degenerate that took multiple pics of full nudity in Connan Exiles and Cyberpunk. But i also didnt had the auto upload feauture turned on. So its possible the PS App is the one flagging the pics.
Edit: I also never sent my degenerate pics to someone else by PSN messages, and that might be the real reason the OP got banned.

Well the story has now evolved into the reporter being the parent of a child OP has sent those pics to, accompanied by who knows what kind of text and another picture of his meatblade..
And this would for sure warrant a permaban.
I am joking obviously.. but you never know, and would be beyond dumb to interact this way with PSN users you don't know personally.

It's feature creep and both features get in the way of gameplay which is unforgivable.
Studios are forced to think up and add trophies to games when instead they could be using that effort to make their games better in terms of gameplay.
Unwanted console features that detract from gameplay make PC stand out as the only real option for anyone serious about gaming.

I dont think you are aware how trophies are implemented. Thers trophies that get implemented to PS1 and PS2 games. Games are not designed around trophies. Unless its those 1€ games to sell you a platinum trophy for clicking for 15 minutes that i have no idea why Sony even aprove that trash.
Lol i just now noticed you mention PC as the place to go to avoid trophies, ignoring the fact that PC games have Achievements that are exactly the same thing.
