They also updated that game as well today:That’s good, thought they bombed out of existence
Seem like a talented studio that just needs a second chance
Shameful that they are able to create such a good patch and devs at Remedy and EA can’t

Never been fan of calling upscaling resolution the same as internal resolution, they can go 16K if the output resolution supports it, with a 720p internal resolution…DLSS been doing this for years. Why is it now a jab?

If the perceived result is 4k-like, I don't personally care what the input pixel count is.Never been fan of calling upscaling resolution the same as internal resolution, they can go 16K if the output resolution supports it, with a 720p internal resolution…
I used to be that way, until I seen the results and how wasteful native is.Never been fan of calling upscaling resolution the same as internal resolution, they can go 16K if the output resolution supports it, with a 720p internal resolution…
YesDid you just describe Hellblade 2 and Alan Wake?
*In specific cases and conditions… thats not the norm. And looking by some analysis the PSSR when go below 1440p internally is having a lot of issues. So internal resolution still very important and especially for PSSR.I used to be that way, until I seen the results and how wasteful native is.
They always state it's upscaled either way. Hell, there are some instances where the IQ is better than native. Should they then call it "Better Than Native" then? It would not be inaccurate.
Let me guess, you aren't being a fan since release of PS5 Pro?Never been fan of calling upscaling resolution the same as internal resolution, they can go 16K if the output resolution supports it, with a 720p internal resolution…

No, never been fan.Let me guess, you aren't being a fan since release of PS5 Pro?
You should try more games! No, never been fan.
I'm currently playing through this, it can be infuriating. Bumping it down to the easiest setting makes it a lot more enjoyable.
The game has been done and stamped for years, they're not going to go in and redo assets. They're just taking advantage of the new scaling tech and adding RT for all modes.LMFAO 8k. jesus, keep wasting resources.
Choice is always better as no choice. Let people choose what experience they want.Three modes again, just give me ONE good one, jesuss these damn consoles are insufferable.
Maybe, if you have wings instead of fingers.I'm currently playing through this, it can be infuriating. Bumping it down to the easiest setting makes it a lot more enjoyable.
Yes, but you're making 1080p jokes and mentioning 720p in a Thread of a game running natively at 3456x1944 on base PS5..*In specific cases and conditions… thats not the norm. You wasn't a fan like thisNo, never been fan.
or like this?Nintendo haters are something else here, they always find a way to attack Nintendo, I can’t wait to see comparisons between SW2 games with current gen consoles, if DLSS works as expected is going to be a lot of fun here, good times ahead .
I'm sure if I will dig further I will find many more evidences of you "not being a fan", but your post history is such cesspool that I feel dirty to ever touch it.Switch 2 is going to be on par with PS4 at minimum in terms of power + DLSS + Basic Ray tracing.

That dog is so SHIMMERY AND SPARKLY I'd squeeze it to death!Does it have the shimmering sparkle effect?
Callisto protocol fucking sucks ass.
... I might rebuy it for 5$ to check the graphics update. god damnit
You forgot the most important one…You wasn't a fan like this

I even deleted the saves from my ps5 after finishing it
I wish I could sell my digital copy of Forspoken THAT I BOUGHT BECAUSE OF YOUR INSANITY and give you the money to rebuy Callisto.Callisto protocol fucking sucks ass.

Have your god damn 5$ back !I wish I could sell my digital copy of Forspoken THAT I BOUGHT BECAUSE OF YOUR INSANITY and give you the money to rebuy Callisto.
There's an uncanny absence of Bojji in this Thread, feels incomplete.
Man, I wish so bad this was Dead Space instead.. but I'll give Callisto another shot.
Combat in Callisto Protocol is difficult. However, once I learned how to block enemy attacks, the combat was fantastic. Every enemy encounter in this game looks a little different because you can use stealth, melee (you can use stun baton, or stamp on downed enemies), weapons, gravity projector, or use traps.Sadly it won't change the subpar Combat
Is something getting lost in translation?
On the PC you can have individual settings OR nVidia and AMD provide several pre-set console-like settings. (Balanced, Performance, etc).
I was referring to the latter.
We've been able to do 8K for years - why are we excited about it now?DLSS been doing this for years. Why is it now a jab?
