The company involved is the BBC, they just showed an antiques program 40 minutes ago with a male and female presenting team, the woman got so excited she gave her co-worker an unsolicited kiss. No one will be reporting her or making a fuss.

My wife watches Strictly and the female presenters and gay judges are constantly ogling the male dancers and commenting on their bodies. I've seen female sports presenters say stuff like that about male athletes and they face no consequences. Goggle Box is one constant stream of gay men and straight women making sexual comments about men and apparently this is all fine. But, one man does it and it's the end of his career.

The main difference is that almost all men wouldn't even contemplate complaining about the attention and comments.

It doesn't register, is a appreciated, or not appreciated but seen as being pathetic and weak to complain about, let alone demand action about it.

The phrase 'man up' couldn't be more apt these days. Sadly, I've seen even boys be taught to be all sensitive and weak in schools.

No. not really. That’s never a sentiment I see voiced. It’s variations on the theme of ‘ain’t buying that woke shit’.

Now go look at Reeeeeee and other social media places, and how they verbally and openly advocate for people to lose their jobs… and actually die in some cases.

I find the ‘I won’t buy it because pronouns’ pretty ridiculous, but no one here voices the same kind of hate and outright wishing for the destruction of someone’s life the way the do elsewhere.
