Predicts the worst decade for Sony starting 2022
I got to wonder how many people are really going to drop 2 stacks on this. I am sure the geeks will but only the rich geeks.

I feel like it's going to sell out at launch no matter how many they make unfortunately. Scalpers are a big problem these days, especially at videocard launches.
That being said, I do wonder if it would sell out at launch if they raised the price to like $5k or something...

I wouldn't be surprised if the 5090 is the size of a PS5 at this point

I'm not sure where they go from here to be honest, we already have frame gen, what more can they add?
I'm gonna predict the next iteration's gonna focus more on IQ with RT on, latency improvements are always gonna happen with each iteration anyway. I don't think 4's gonna be locked behind the 50 series this time. Jensen also talked about generating textures & NPCs on the fly but that stuff sounds a bit far away, 60 or 70 series maybe.

I'm not rich, but will get this. Been saving up for a while, and it's not like its a million bucks.
A high end mobile phone costs about the same.

I can see a future when notebooks will run on a onboard GPU and a dedicated one will be a obligatory add-on

We need engineers to change how GPUs are made. It's already too big

AMD isn't trying to make flagship stuff anymore. By their own admission they lost that, they want to flood the market like consoles and handhelds now but in the GPU segment by beating Nvidia on price to performance like they used too.

Nvidia will launch a rooftop unit before too long. We need a breakthrough with graphine or something like that to get the power down.

Now I feel a little less silly for going with the Lancool III as my case although my rig is probably going to be fifty pounds after wedging that thing in there

Is this even meant for gaming?
Seriously? Of course it is.
Did people really expect this not to be a huge graphic card?
Every time new info gets published about Nvidias high-end GPU's people react as if its shocking stuff. This is all very predictable. Larger cards, higher price etc.
