Fun times for COD fans who try to always get a platinum. Draugoth covered a while back this as also showing as DLC for Steam, looks like the same for PS5.

So fucking dumb for two reasons:

1) dumb of Sony for making trophies work this way
2) dumb of Slactivision for just making new games be dlc for the shitass COD app that nobody likes.

Dumb that Sony has it set up this way, but is CoD the only game it applies to? I can’t think of other games with “add ons” like this but surely there are others.

If people will go out of their way to platinum Hanna Montana and Barbie Horse Adventures, they'll play BO6 on PS4 if they have to.

We live in a timeline where a 30c press X for 10 mins game rewards you a platinum but the latest cod doesn't.

I would but I can't pay $1 anymore and I can't just sub for a month now. No way I'm paying $30 a month when Gamefly exists with every game.
