It's literally not a thing. Minimum, Americans tend to get two weeks a year, but most professional industries afford much more than that. Typically a week off in the summer, one or two around Christmas, at least two days or a week around Thanksgiving, etc.
I'd say most American white-collar employees work 11 months a year.

Oh woe is me...lmao.. Look at the privilege in those shots on Instagram and elsewhere. I don't get to go snorkeling, boxing, hang out at ComiCon's, and festivals, travel the world, take pictures of my tits (well I am a guy no one would want them), while at work.... Although I doubt that was from work, and I am sure she had more than 10 days off.

A normal person without being a hot broad needs to work a ton, doesn't get noticed by the public and doesn't have the option to take time or not work. We go broke and die or live on the streets/woods fighting the stray cats for a crumb of food.

You are missing the fact that her family is in Australia. She's in the U.S. She lives in hollywood and yes, does get invited to parties and events that she likely attends during weekends or at night time.
She realized that her lifestyle came at a cost. She lost 10 years living in a different country and missed out on being around her stepdad, and now wants to make sure she doesnt repeat the mistake with her biological father and mother.
Yes, most of us do the same 9-5 jobs with 10 days of vacation and live miserable lives, but we do it surrounded by our family. My parents are a 20 minute drive away. And even when they lived in a different state, they were an hour drive away. I could go in a weekend and come back. She couldnt do that. She needed all ten days. And if you add them up, she spent maybe 10-20 weeks with her dad in the last ten years and her only prolonged experience was watching him die of cancer in his last month. if you dont know how soul crushing that is then count yourself lucky.
She went back to take care of her dying dad and Sony, the bastion of woke progressive policies didnt even give her paid leave. Not even bereavement. You think these guys would let her go to australia any time she wanted? And thats the key, different countries.
She went out of her way to explain all this but this woman worked at a workholic studio directly under Cory Barlog who shat on Jason Schrier for outing crunch culture. She probably worked harder and longer hours than you ever have.
