Not really. The main reveal going over the console was in Jan and the switch released in March for the first switch. We don’t need a teaser like before in 2016 was because something like that didn’t really exist, we know what this is going to be about. As this seems to be primarily just an upgraded console.

The main difference is the big launch game for Switch (BOTW) had already been marketed for years before the Switch reveal.

This is unlikely to be the case for the big Switch 2 launch game.
