Can i do the same with Konami and ask them about Silent Hill and Metal Gear?
Problem is that GX needs analog triggers. Switch Pro Controller doesn't have that.
Heck they could port GX to Switch with nothing but 1080p docked enabled and online multiplayer to "test the market" and I'd buy it for 60 bucks.

You can do any stupid thing you want with your money.
Ah this person is going to make money on that Nintendo stock so I don't get all the hand wringing.
I was more writing at the implication of the headline here. Not the actual investment.I think he can get a profit out of those stocks as well. Nintendo is healthier than ever, but of course things could go down as well.
Possibly, but considering Konami has it's hands in other businesses you're probably going to have more conflict with others' interests even compared to this. Can i do the same with Konami and ask them about Silent Hill and Metal Gear?
Well, the economy's tanking, so he can't exactly be cashing out that money in the short-term now.I don't see the cringe, its not like he lost $40,000 to ask a question.
… then they bursted out laughing *hahaha suckers*.Executives said it's realistically difficult to develop new titles and remakes, including sequels, for every Nintendo game that people request"
F-Zero GX was a flop? Please make a game in a series that routinely underperforms and the last big one was an especially big flop.

It's certainly not their biggest hitter, but that hasn't stopped them from doing niche games before.

Probably thisYeah, I was about to put my order in too.
Also, wtf was the answer to his question?!

Are you suggesting it didn't make a profit or just that it wasn't a huge hit? Please make a game in a series that routinely underperforms and the last big one was an especially big flop.
It's a good investment though. You can do any stupid thing you want with your money.
Christ, I need to edit my post for context. It's a good investment though.
Yes, according to that it sold ~0,7 million, which isn't stellar, but we have to remember that the Gamecube only sold ~22 million units.https://vgsales.fandom.com/wiki/F-Zero
Numbers may not be accurate, but seems safe to think it didn't sell a million copies. I assume back then sales weren't that bad considering the relatively poor Game Cube install base and that racing games weren't that popular outside a few IPs.
I'd release a new F-Zero as Mario Kart standalone DLC.Starfox has been doing so-so since after the N64 days and it still got new releases here and there. I think Nintendo just doesn't have ideas or know what to do with it, technically the last F-Zero they did was F-Zero X.
Only if he sells it at a loss. What if he sells his stock for $50,000.
Yea but the entry pool isCan i do the same with Konami and ask them about Silent Hill and Metal Gear?
