I don't really care if you play stuff on mobile, just being a jerk

And they made him a Lord of Cinder. Not for virtue, but for might. Such is a lord, I suppose. But here I ask. Do we have a sodding chance?

They tasted greatness with the recent renewed popularity of WH:World, and after a semi favorable beta of Wilds they now try to milk the brand dry ?

Mobile... why...
Let me guess, naturally, so as not to farm monsters, we have a store with microtransactions, and armor and weapons through the gacha system...

Looks great .. what does it play like is the question.

What's funny is I bet the wilds gets a iPad / iPhone port at sometime as well. 😂

If there’s a PS5 or PC version I will definitely play it.

But if it’s on phones only that’s a hard pass.
I don’t care that games are mobile per se, but I’m not playing an action game that uses a piece of glass for its interface. Way too imprecise. Touch screens are fine for turn based games, or strategy games, but action games fall apart with this control scheme.

You can alway brought a cheap backbone like Easysmx m15 or gamesir x2s .

the visuals look better than what we got in Rise :messenger_grinning_sweat:

I´m definitely interested, even though i´d never actually play it on a mobile device.
You mean Wilds right?

Wilds look better but just the fact that anyone can even make a comparison speak volume about how shit wilds look.
yeah exactly

If we`re going by how incredibly bad that beta looked in (base) console performance mode, then that, too, yes :messenger_grinning_sweat:
All the dedicated ytbers like arekz, rurikhan, rage gaming etc. Saying how incredible and nextgen the game look in quality mode\pc make me irrationally mad :lollipop_grinning_sweat:

I love the game but if capcom only hear praises, they are never gonna fix shit.

I can't say that it looks better. I just watched it without sound at 0.25 speed. The drawing distance is very low, the locations are noticeably simpler, there is very little grass, trees and other flora and fauna, compared to console games. The framerate drops drastically in some moments (Who thought to record this in the trailer), so it is not clear how it will behave on different phone models with different performance. But it will look nice because of the small screen of the phone, if you output the picture to a monitor or TV, everything will not be so good.

Nobody said that, i literally said that wilds looks better.

yeah I`m really at a loss as to what to say about those takes anymore.
I kinda get it when "influencers" lie their asses off to not lose the favour of the publishers, but then I read the same shit from private consumers who must literally either suffer from advanced glaukoma or they haven`t played a game since the Wii to come to such a conclusion.
It´s just weird....

Knowing Nintendo and the amount of mobile games being ported to the switch. I believe this game will be on their console too as the switch can't run wilds for sure, unless they pull some magic tricks

If anything, wilds look the way it look because it probably has a switch 2 version in the making :lollipop_grinning_sweat:

Because if this was capcom best effort for nextgen, we are royally fucked :messenger_tears_of_joy:

Too clunky and unwieldy, and the ones I have tried are too cheap feeling. If they can’t be bothered to put out a PC or console version they way that Mihoyo does, then I will just pass on it.
Too many other things pulling at my time. They need to make it convenient for me if they want my time and money.

I am genuinely mad that this mobile spinoff is going to have the best Kulu-Ya-Ku weapons in any MH game...

That said, I'll definitely try it out. I still casually play MH Now (the Pokemon Go spinoff) and it controls surprisingly well on touchscreen. I'd like a more fleshed out experience, so maybe this won't be so bad.

Looks better than wilds on PS5 lol.

But yeah this will probably be a pass for me. I find regular MH a bit too grindy already and I imagine that aspect will be significantly worse in F2P mobile format

Why not both???
Well, you can also go to a proctologist for company, why not?
But seriously, I personally don't see the point in playing the mobile version because of the store and microtransactions. When there are full-fledged games with fully finished content, and even a new part coming out soon.

+ this is not a Capcom development but TiMi Studios
Which are actually Tencent, the kings of microtransactions. This immediately tells us about the focus on the Chinese market.

Hopefully Capcom knows how to optimize mobile games, cause If this thing has anything close to Wilds performance It ll run on 0 smartphones.

This is not Capcom, this is Tencent, Capcom has nothing to do with this game, they just sold the license...

Play with a controller.
I’m gonna pass bro.
Call me when/if it gets a PC/console release. I’ll be just fine in the meantime.

Yes the design there is excellent, both the weapon and armor, and of course the character model. Wish wilds had this kind of design. It definitely seems closer to the OG Mh aesthetic too

Tencent is catering to the eastern demographic, Capcom wants to go for global. I bet the mobile version won't let men wear skirts or have the "Body Type A/Body Type B" nonsense, either.

On Bluestacks is not enough?
I’ve tried blue stacks before and it was a terrible experience.

You working for tencent or something ? Why you want me to play the mobile game bad?
You go and enjoy it,make some memories, live your best life.
I’ll do the same over here.

Haptic Gamepads 4 Life
because of the store and microtransactions.
If it's for cosmetic only, makes zero difference.

Well, it's not a terrible experience here. 🤷‍♂️
