Watching this now and on ep 5.

I’ve never been into watching wresting but I fucking love the documentaries about it and find the whole sport, the actors/athletes and what goes on behind the scenes fascinating as hell. This is def one of the best I’ve seen ever. It might as well be a documentary on the history of the WWF. I’m loving every second of it.

A real rollercoaster of nostalgia too with the Attitude Era of the late 90s. America really was so much darker and edgier then 😂 and Vince knew and took full advantage. Same with Eric Bischoff. It’s so fun to watch. Also had no idea Hogan joined and was part of the nWo 😳 Goes to show how out of the loop I was doing other teen shit in 1998.

Also late 90s Stephanie McMahon was hot as fuck.

You should give the series "Dark Side of the Ring" a go!

Watched the first 3 episodes. tbh im not even a huge wrestling fan Haven't watched it since 2001. But there's nothing in these first 3 episodes I didn't even know; seems very tame so far.

I guess knowing how Vince actually built the business was new information. But I was expecting more insanity. Enjoyable though.

For all the hype beforehand that it was going to be hard hitting it was pretty soft and took it quite easy on Vince overall. Like they just go along with his claim that the deal he got from his dad to buy the company came with harsh stipulations rather than being incredibly generous. Vince also (probably) covering up a murder gets a passing mention, something which is insane for a documentary like this.
