KindaHas Vince admitted to being an absurdist or nihilist with no interest in ideological constincey, only living to provoke people regardless of hypocrisy?
Warning: I was a bit tipsy when I wrote this, but here's where I remember the news from.
That one might just be KTT losing its head, but on "Live Up To My Name" and his new single, Drake has composer credits, which is an odd thing considering it's not Drake's song. The other case I can think of where this happens is with PND's "Not Nice", where a Drake-sung version exists.@Koozek, Icolin, Nabs. Thanks for the slum village recs.
Ah ok, now I understand. What about this allegation that Drake ghost writes for him?
So, like, who was the Lady GaGa of rap that made everyone jump the shark and join this endless competition to try to curate the most ridiculous image? Thug?6ix9ine - Gummo Prod. Pierre Bourne
never heard of this guy but Pierre did his damn thing on the beat
I didn't like itAnyone here checked out the new King Krule LP?
Your taste isnt developed enough to understand it m8I didn't like it
Honestly, I just checked for it since Ye wanted to collab with him lol but it's definitely not what I'm used to listening toYour taste isnt developed enough to understand it m8
Im tempted to revisit that since I really like this album but didnt like 6 Feet when I listened to it a year ago.New King Krule is cool. I liked 6 Feet Beneath The Moon way more though.
Went back and listened to the first SATURATION and it's definitely a huge step down in pretty much all respects IMO; production (clearly), songwriting and lyrics (bit more arguable) etc. SATURATION II just has way better vibes, and I think the level of production is so much higher that it makes all the difference in the world. The sequencing is pretty random at best, I think that hurts it too, something that's especially noticeable when that never crosses your mind listening to other posse/compilation albums like say Grateful.
GOLD and BOYS are the best songs on there, and 2PAC, TRIP, MILK, and FACE are okay-to-good, but yeah not much to talk about otherwise.

Without question, slatt slattSo with his contributions on Heatstroke and Ice Melts, and his groundbreaking verses on Sacrifices and We Ball..Young Thug is definitely getting feature killer of the year right?
Nope

Too good. I saw the "Truth" video at an art museum and oh god, hearing the buildup with good speakers and the music video was just....amazing. I got goosebumps.Dunno if yall have talked about it already but Harmony of difference is really, really nice. The way it handles its central motif makes it feel like a journey, a 5 song buildup for the 13 minute finale.
Shiet, the video itself is pretty special, seeing it in that setting would be something else. The single cover art is pretty cool too.Too good. I saw the "Truth" video at an art museum and oh god, hearing the buildup with good speakers and the music video was just....amazing. I got goosebumps.
