Thank you for the topic. I was gonna sit this COD out for awhile, but reasons have compelled me to take a look at it and probably purchase.

Even the low tier actors who were good at it like Woods' actor have been replaced by cheap soundalikes.

it's a shame, the Hollywood cast were a highlight. I wish they just had Michael Ironside and Michael Biehn before they went cheap.

Dude, I'm so tired of Peter Stormare. Guy sounds and acts as if he's high and drunk most of the time. He's just awkward and I've no idea why they bring him out for the ads every other year. Bizarre.

A bit gutted if has a Pro patch because I'm going to be playing on my Series X simply because I already have GP Ultimate so not going to unnecessarily buy it on PS5. Although I will say the native Atmos codec on Series X is noticeably better. I had MW3 since launch on PS5 and when it landed on GP, I switched to playing on that and my home theatre system woke up. There is a noticeable difference in sound quality and clarity. This has been proven on other games I have on both platforms. Sony really lacks in this department with their cheapo proprietary tempest BS.

I'll be curious to see what kind of benefits the PS5 pro would have over PS5/XSX (are they last gen now?) but if I had to guess the difference will be mainly in the campaign where latency doesn't matter, for multiplayer I would stay away from frame generation, unless they can get it to have no impact of course.

Thats not going big, seems pretty standard to me.

In fact thats pretty light compared to some of the frankly fantastic MWIII content drops.

I might be blanking out but I don't recall last year's MW3 getting nearly this much advertising, interview, clips etc.

Though granted this is the first one under MS's banner so they're going a bit above and beyond.

All seems pretty standard to be honest. The blogs etc is what we always get.

If anything they are light on the marketing side (TV, billboards etc) here in the UK. Ive seen a few adverts on the telly but not much. Although my live TV watching is limited to sports usually ill admit.

Do I get this right:

Omnimovement and BO6-Gameplay comes to Warzone with Season 1. At launch(October 24/25th) it will still be MW3 Movement etc.?

Correct. The new movement comes with the new map. Might as well hold off on warzone until then, im on a break myself.

Why am I excited for this game so much?

I enjoyed cold War on ps plus so I'm looking forward to where the story goes on this.

Also, the multi beta was awesome imo. Love the new movement. Right up my street.

Not really seen much on this cod and only tried one game in the beta. I will play it on gamepasss on PC until get a pro as already got rid of ps5 amateur ready for it. There's going to be zombies ain't they if so hope it's actually good havnt really like the recent zombies.
