In this episode, a young man must prove himself worthy of marrying the king's daughter by bringing the king three hairs from the head of the devil. While on his quest through Hell, the man manages to win the affections of the devil's grandmother - yes, grandmother - and encounters a blond, thumb-sucking devil. Is it possible that Grimm thinks this tale is in need of some serious rewrites?

Finally Kane and Lynch is up. Not something I wanted to pay for, but on GameTap I'll give it a shot.

Still, I'm really bitter about GameTap after purchasing a subscription for Planescape and finding out we don't get it in Canada.

Yea, I think that has something to do with the contract or at the very least the licensing.

Yeah it has to do with Sierra licensing. Still sucks it was not made clear to me I would be missing out on Sierra titles though, since Planescape was what I bought my sub for. GameTap staff would not do anything to compensate, which kind of soured me on their customer service. =\ Not sure if I'll be re-subbing or not...I've definitely got my money's worth, but a company unwilling to compensate customers while standing behind the "it was in fine print, didn't you get the memo?" excuse kind of sours the experience. Don't mean a disrespect to anyone who may be part of GameTap here...it might just have to do with the person who provided support. I would have been happy if they gave me a month of credit or something, which would have at least shown some good will on their part. Oh well.

I would still recommend GameTap to anyone here...just beware of the limitations if you're in Canada (which mostly extends to only Sierra titles, I think).

At least Candians get to have access to the service, lotta of Europeans want to jump in but can't due to a lack of availability.

GAME NIGHT - Kane & Lynch

GameTap staff will set online gaming ablaze as we battle it out online with users from around the nation. If things heat up, we will carry this multiplayer mayhem on into the weekend.




Game Night is a Thursday night event where staff members hang around the office a little later than usual in order to allow our users a chance to battle us in the featured game for that week. This event will usually occur one week after the release of a game that has full multiplayer support. Why one week you ask? Well this gives users a chance to play the new title, check out the gameplay and get some practice rounds in online before they are ready to face off against the GameTap staff members. In the meantime, check out this new title and return again next Thursday between 5:30pm and 9:30pm ready to play and have some multiplayer fun. If the party does not stop then we will keep it going well into the weekend and you should be able to play staff online if they can pry themselves away from GameTap's other awesome games.

Kane & Lynch: Dead Men is a Games for Windows titles and uses LIVE for its online multiplayer. You will need to either create a new LIVE account or use our existing LIVE account in order to play online.
