the witcher 3 had a great story , all the sidequest felt like they meant something but i would have love more interactivity in the world , dont get me wrong having a good storyline is important but for a 50 hour game i would have loved to solve the quest through other ways other than witcher senses , add some enviornmental puzzles or something that would challenge me a little , make the loot more diverse

even AC games have treasures that you kinda have to solve a puzzle to get it , u dont just locate the treasure and take it

i dont know why alot of people hate puzzles in these type of games , maybe they dont like to use their brain , u want to kill everything around you go play some mindless action games like devil may cry or prototype , an rpg should have puzzles to make the prize more meaningful

Yeah, they really need to give up on the double sword only, loot was fucking boring in w3.

I know they are forced by the lore but still...

Don't care about valhalla puzzles tbh, i think they need to make the researching of clues and drawing conclusion more like a detective game with some brain power involved, it would be more of a witcher thing compared to straight puzzles .

(gay puzzles are also a big no no)

Should go with more of a set loot route. A mix of Morrowind and Elden Ring would be nice.

Puzzles are hit or miss. I don't remember any that were super difficult, but I'm sure there were some annoying ones. I wouldn't mine harder puzzles for better loot. At least that would be better than harder puzzles fo main quests.

Assuming they stick with the "witcher gear" vs everything else system, I'd like to see the non-witcher gear get some defense against monsters. There were some armor sets that I would have used if only I didn't have to change back to a witcher armor set every time I ran into a monster.

They need to move back to the Witcher 1 style. Still the best Witcher game, PC first design really shows up. Witcher 2 was 7th gen consoles, hallway based, RAM constrained game design. While Witcher 3 was an amazing game but does not need to indulge in any more by the numbers open world game design. Dial down on crafting, level up gear and weapons showing up. Maybe they can Dark Souls it up a bit and des Ubisoft it (although to be fair, Ubisoft copied CDPR)

I just want mid tier stuff that doesn't look like I'm wearing fucking curtains. Seriously what was that shit. I'd rather go into battle naked.

I'd like them to push the grenades, bombs and stuff more. They were really potent.

Better combat.
No witcher senses.

Simple as.

Kingdom Come Deliverance?

Dungeons and no dragons? :p
With witcher senses I meant those lame sections where you had to turn on detective mode and follow some red trails or look for clues. Very boring mechanic imo.

Dragons are cool, they can stay. :messenger_sunglasses:

I don't want more weapons. One of the things I like about TW is that there's a single predefined main character with a predefined set of primary weapons. One is for humans, the other is for monsters. Clear and simple. Now get good at using them. I guess I don't really play these games to "roleplay", I vastly prefer a good story about well written characters.
