I bought a sex doll, but I keep it inflated 100% of the time and use it like a regular wife
Game seems pretty cool based on what little I've played, so good for them. :messenger_ok:

I mean the community's been waiting 17 fooking years for this game.

Dragon Ball as a franchise appears to be in the strongest position ever. 7 years since Super ended, a new anime started last week and this game that includes almost everybody in the entire franchise...

Give people what they want and they will pay for it. Something Western devs have been struggling to understand this generation.

Still trying to perfect the science of getting people to spend cash on the bare minimum, or things they didn't want that the devs pushed instead. One day, MTX, aging core gamers and past reputation/goodwill won't be enough to sustain the science experiment anymore.

I keep reading great things about this, but on the other hand I haven't been into fighting games in decades. At the same time, one of the games I had the most fun with, back when I was a teenager, was DBZ Budokai...

Best time to release the game together with Daima
And the revival of the Tenkaichi gameplay.

Btw please see Daima, first episode was fire !!! 🔥
It was ok. 30 minutes of mostly exposition and catching up after the buu saga. Didnt exactly set my world on fire but credit where its due its still a better prologue episode than we got with super or gt

I would absolutely kill for them to make a remake of Z with the new art style.

Well deserved, this game is exactly what the series needed for a revival. Wish the online 1v1 matches were a bit more diverse in terms of characters though :messenger_tears_of_joy:

But I guess the DP team battles is where the real diversity is at.

I feel like it was a given most people were gonna main the most op characters possible like whis, ssj4 gogeta, MUI goku, bean daddy and strangely enough Mr. satan

Meanwhile SSJ Mid Goku is my main because Angry Kamehameha is just so goddamn cool

We need some super manga dlc. Having some of the events play out how they did in the manga as a sparking episode would have been fire.

Tired of seeing Vegito, Gogeta, Kefla everywhere.

I love Sparking Zero, it's pretty great. But the AI is all over the place. It's tough to get up close and battle it out, but also the further you get from them the dumber they get so you just end up beam spamming.

Im convinced the ai is designed to counter melee spammers.

And frankly its working, I actually know how to play the game after getting my ass kicked over and over again in the first 10 hours

Yeah, it’s depressing for me. I really want anime adaptations into video games to diversify beyond arena brawlers. FighterZ was a breath of fresh air (also proper fighting games are just way more interesting mechanically than arena brawlers), and while I haven’t gotten around to it yet One Piece getting a full RPG was nice. But sales like this are probably just going to convince them to keep going back to the exhausted arena brawler well. Cool for some people, I guess, but I’m tired of them.

Yeah I feel the same. because I was hoping the next Dragon Ball Fighting game is FighterZ 2?

I do not think ill see that happening any time soon. hope I am wrong. but for now Fighter Z is my favorite dragon ball fighting game of all time for me.

Or is it just one of Phil's balls in my throat?
Zero interest in anything DBZ but this is really good for the devs and fans.

Ive already put 35+ hours into the campaign which is offline.

And theres offline bot battles and tournament modes too.

Online play is only a fraction of what you can do in this game

is the vs AI challenging enough compared to previous tenkaichi games? ( assuming you played it)
Tenkaichi hardest AI is too easy for me.

The AI is the perfect sparring partner tbh. I lost my first 3 or 4 matches on Super CPU difficulty, but then naturally got better at the game and now I can stomp them in most matches without relying on beam spams. Defense & countering is the best approach.

hope they release a vegeta and trunks arc , if u have a jiren arc these 2 missing is just dumb, specially vegeta which is the best character in the franchise.
