About the number of threads about "xbox is doomed" What does that have to do with it being the biggest publisher?

Because they won't be doomed if they go full 3rd party publishing and quit being a platformholder.

As long as they continue to be one of the big 3, they will crash further and further.

And the point of the question? If they are the biggest publisher (and thus doing good), why gripe at all? Wouldn't that be even more of a reason to simply ignore the thread?

And why not, instead of crying about Helldivers 2, ask Xbox and Phil Spencer to do something similar? It is very easy to come now and ask for it when the game is a success, so do like Sony and spend 7-8 years financing and creating the game.

Very true, but they have no choice because their livelihood is going to be drastically impacted by this. Even if XBox just goes pseudo-third party, it means the demand for XBox-centric podcasts, shows, etc will become less and less.

This should actually be perceived as positive Halo Infinite thread.

Flexibility of Forge mode allows you to do this. When you get time from dev made 20+ modes that is.
